Healthcare Equality Partners was founded by Vincent Hodges and Jennifer Hoskins. Vincent Hodges has over sixteen years of experience in human resources. He has successsfully completed a large number of interim management assignments and designed and delivered a variety of consultancy and learning interventions.
Vincent has a generalist background with several specialities, including equality and diversity (in both employment and service provision) and recruitment and selection. His experience includes designing and implementing equality and diversity strategies, developing Single Equality and Human Rights Schemes, designing Equality Impact Assessment toolkits, conducting Equality Impact Assessments and producing workforce monitoring reports. This experience and exposure to operational and strategic challenges enables him to meet the needs of clients operating in public sector environments, including the NHS. Vincent's clients have included the London Deanery, Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust, Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Trust, The NHS Information Authority, Greenwich Teaching PCT, The Equality and Human Rights Commission, The Commission for Local Administration in England, Ealing Council and The Charity Commission. Jennifer Hoskins is an equality and diversity specialist with fourteen years of experience designing, delivering and evaluating training, mainly within the public sector. She is an empowering trainer with excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Her background in facilitating personal development groups has given her a perceptive understanding of individual and group process. This, together with her experience of the business environment and up-to-date knowledge of equality and diversity legal frameworks, enables her to successfully deliver practical results.
Jennifer's clients have included Basingstoke and North Hampshire NHS Foundation Trust, Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Cafcass (Cymru), The Charity Commission and the Welsh Assembly Government. She is a member of the CIPD and of NHS Direct. |
