Equality and Diversity Specialists

Healthcare Equality Partners are currently seeking Equality and Diversity Specialists to work with our NHS Clients.  We are interested in hearing from consultants and interims with NHS experience and expertise in some or all of the following:

• Ensuring the design of policies and procedures that take account of statutory requirements, particulary the Equality Duties;
• Desiging Equality Schemes, particulary Single Equality Schemes.
• Undertaking Equality Impact Assessments;
• Producing Equality Monitoring Reports;
• Setting up Equality and Diversity networks and faciliatating consultantion and involvement events;
• Carrying out investigations or faciliatating mediation following accusations of harassment or discrimination.

We are also seeking trainers with NHS experience, who have delivered training in the above.
